ABOUT ME

Hi and thank you for visiting my site! My name is Ian Konrad, I was Born in Vernal, Utah but have lived most my life in Grand Junction, CO and this is where I call home now. I have been in love with music since the very beginning, playing an assortment of instruments from the guitar to the clarinet and many in between. In my high school days I spent a lot of my free time producing hip-hop tracks for my friends and I, and anyone that knows me well knows I always have my headphones close at hand. My musical taste is about as diverse as it gets and I enjoy listening to most genres, I believe there are great songs in every genre of music. I always knew I wanted to be a part of the Music Industry I just didn't quite know where I would fit into that picture. My journey as a DJ began years ago, after seeing dozens of amazing DJs live at their concerts I decided to purchase a DJ controller. I practiced and taught myself the basics for years and eventually purchased the "Club Ready DJ Course" which brought my DJing skills to the next level.  Soon after that I worked and worked until I could afford all of the high quality sound equipment and lighting I have today. I eventually decided that DJing was truly my passion, I wanted to help create the memories and evoke true change in the world through music. And so Bass Torque Dj Services was born. Shortly after creating the company I quit my day job to pursue this dream of mine full time. Music has truly been a gigantic part of my life and has given me so much. Now I am so grateful to have the opportunity to create great memories and share amazing music with all of you!
